10 Year Anniversary!!!!!

HAPPY 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY TO MY SWEET HUSBAND!!!!!

Teage and I had the awesome opportunity to go away for our anniversary weekend, and we had a great time! We received an amazing gift from Tutu and Dale for a gift card to the Summit on Mt. Hood! We had never been there, so it was a fun adventure, and something different for us. We slept in, went swimming, had amazing food, and in one day went hiking, biking, played mini golf, lawn bowling, swimming again.....it was fabulous!!

 Our hike up to a glacier lake.....it was pretty amazing. At the top it was still snowy, with these amazing wooden bridges all over the place so you can cross creeks and bogs. Gorgeous!!! Teage also made a cute friend along the way!

 We also had an "anniversary" dinner where we got all dressed up and went to a nice dinner. It was a ton of fun....there was hardly anyone in the restaurant, so we talked to all of the servers, tried a whole bunch of food (and we were totally stuffed!!!), and spent as much time there as we wanted. It was truly amazing to be able to slow down for a little while and go our own pace. 

Happy 10 year baby! I love you more every day!!!! Can't wait to see what the next 10 years look like!

Easter

We had a really fun Easter this year, filled with family and friends! We feel so blessed to have so many wonderful people around us all the time!

Our usual weekend before Easter consists of a fun-filled Easter egg hunt with our buddies at a local park. Our friend always puts it together for a whole bunch of neighbors around here, and it is always a fabulous time! The kids love finding eggs with their buddies!!

 The morning of Easter was a really special one. We didn't think we were going to be able to do our annual brunch with Grandma and Grandpa Pfiefer, but at the last minute, they decided we could go! All of us were so excited about it! We always look forward to this brunch every year, and were so thankful that Grandma and Grandpa invited all of us again! They were happy and healthy the whole time, and we all ate a wonderful meal! Afterwards we were able to take some great family photos, which I just adored!!

 That evening we had a fun dinner and Easter egg hunt with Tutu and Dale. Mom always does an awesome scavenger hunt for the adults and the kids, and it definitely didn't disappoint! The kids thought it was pretty fun to do a scavenger hunt that was meant for grownups too! :) And of course we had the famous bunny cake!!!!
