Friends at the Zoo

Our good friends the Waggoners came up to visit us for the weekend a few weekends ago. We hadn't been able to hang out with them in a while, so it was such a treat to have them here. I wish I would have taken more pictures, but I think we were laughing too hard for me to remember! :) We had such a great time, really doing nothing! We did take the kids to the zoo one day, which was really special for all of them, but other then that, we basically just hung out and chatted all weekend long. We loved the time off with friends! Here are some of the few pictures that I took while we were at the zoo. The boys loved seeing the "aminals!".
Thanks for the fun weekend Waggoner family! We love you guys, and miss you!

Congratulations Auntie Lindsey!

My younger sister Lindsey graduated from high school about a week ago. I can't even tell you how "old" this makes me feel, as she was only in second grade when I went off to college. :) It has been very neat to watch her grow up throughout the years though, and become such a responsible, hard working, well-rounded individual. She gives a lot of her time in service to others, and we are so proud of all that she has accomplished. And we know that there is more to come! Congrats Linds!!! We love you!

Happy Father's Day

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY DADDY!
Thank you for being such a wonderful father to us! We love how you are silly with us, kick the ball with us, wrestle with us, cuddle with us, sing to us, and on and on. We are so thankful to have you as our Daddy! WE LOVE YOU!!
Love, Dylan and Lucas

First Bowling Experience!

For our family night last week, Teage and I decided to take the boys to our little bowling alley in Snoqualmie for their very first bowling experience! Yes I know, they are not even 2 years old yet, but we thought that they would have a blast pushing the ball down the lane anyway. :) And boy did they! We were so surprised how excited they got right when we arrived, without even knowing what we were doing yet! One of my very best friends, Lindsay, came along with us as well, and it was so fun to watch the boys bond with her, give high fives, and shout "GO LINDSAY!" when it was her turn. Lucas especially loved it, put his hands in the air and shouted "YEAH" every time his ball hit a pin (or even when it didn't). Dylan had a great time too, with just a little less enthusiasm. But both boys had a fantastic time....they took turns, they cheered on Mommy, Daddy, and Lindsay, and in the end, they pretty much beat all of us! OK, sure there were bumpers up, and sure they pushed the ball down a little ramp, but it still counts right? :)

Dylan concentrating hard on where he wants his ball to go. :)

Lucas in all his excitement!

Dylan kept saying "I got them!" with this little pose....hilarious!

"Auntie" Lindsay

Our final scores (plus a little man hand)....the boys really did beat us!

And this last one, just for bragging rights. :) That beautiful "166" score right above the blue line, yep, that is mine. This was at a friend's birthday party a few weeks ago. Just had to put it out there to prove that I beat all of the boys on the next lane also. :)
